Process

How it works

A managed, done-for-you service: you supply the facts and approve; we build and launch.

    Choose your industry and package

    Each package lists exactly what is included, what is not, the delivery time and the price in LKR.

  2. 2

    Send an enquiry

    Tell us about your business. This is an enquiry only: nothing is charged and nothing is ordered yet.

  3. 3

    Confirm requirements and quotation

    We confirm the scope with you on WhatsApp or a call and send a written quotation and order.

  4. 4

    Initial payment (50%)

    You pay the first milestone by bank transfer. We confirm it only after it appears in our bank account.

  5. 5

    Send your content

    Text, photos, logo, prices and policies. The delivery clock starts when the content and the first payment are in.

  6. 6

    Review your preview (40%)

    We build your site on our standard industry template and share a preview link. You send consolidated changes.

  7. 7

    Approve and launch (10%)

    After you approve the final site and the last milestone clears, we connect your domain and go live.

  8. 8

    30-day warranty, then care

    We fix verified defects for 30 days. Hosting and care renew yearly from year two.

Enquiry, order and payment are different things

You told us what you need. Nothing is ordered or charged.
Order
We have both confirmed the requirements and the written quotation.
Payment confirmed
The milestone amount has appeared in our bank account and we have recorded it. A screenshot or a promise is not a confirmed payment.

When the delivery clock starts

  • The first payment milestone has cleared.
  • You have sent the content we asked for (text, photos, logo, prices, policies).
  • We have both confirmed the requirements in writing.
  • Any access or integration credentials we need are available.

Missing content, late feedback and third-party approval times (for example payment gateways or booking providers) move the delivery date. We tell you when that happens.

Your domain

  • You register and own your domain, in your own name, with a registrar you choose.
  • You pay the registrar directly — domain registration and renewal are never part of our package price.
  • You make, or authorise, the DNS changes needed to point the domain at your website.
  • Leadup helps connect your domain as part of the package. You keep full control of it.
