Terms of service

1. Enquiry, quotation and order

Submitting the form is an enquiry, not an order. An order exists only once we send a written quotation and you accept it. Prices on this site are in LKR and may be updated; the price on your accepted quotation is the one that applies. Packages marked "from" are always confirmed by quotation.

2. Payments

By bank transfer, in milestones (normally 50% to start, 40% when the preview is ready, 10% before launch). A milestone is paid only once the amount has reached our account and we confirm it in writing. Bank charges on your side are yours. We do not start, publish or hand over a milestone that is unpaid.

3. Scope

The package page and your quotation list what is included and excluded. Anything else — extra pages, features, integrations, redesigns — is a change request and is quoted separately before work starts.

4. Your content and approvals

You supply accurate text, prices, policies, photos and logos and confirm you have the right to use them. We do not invent facts, reviews, awards or claims for your business. Delivery starts when:

• The first payment milestone has cleared.
• You have sent the content we asked for (text, photos, logo, prices, policies).
• We have both confirmed the requirements in writing.
• Any access or integration credentials we need are available.

5. Revisions

A revision round is one consolidated list of changes within the approved scope. New features, new pages beyond the package and major redesigns are quoted separately.

6. Domain, hosting and ownership

• You register and own your domain, in your own name, with a registrar you choose.
• You pay the registrar directly — domain registration and renewal are never part of our package price.
• You make, or authorise, the DNS changes needed to point the domain at your website.
• Leadup helps connect your domain as part of the package. You keep full control of it.

After full payment you own your content and the final website text and images we produced for you. The underlying templates, components and code remain ours and are licensed to you for use on your website. Hosting and care renew yearly from year two; if you stop renewing, we give you an export of your content.

7. Warranty and support

30 days after launch: Verified defects against the agreed scope, for 30 days after launch. Not covered: new features or new content; changes requested after approval; outages or changes at third-party providers.

8. Results

We set up the technical basics for search engines. We do not and cannot guarantee search rankings, inclusion in Google, ChatGPT, Gemini or other AI answers, traffic, enquiries or sales.

9. AI assistant (optional)

If you buy an AI assistant plan, it answers only from information you approve and passes other questions to you. You are responsible for keeping that information up to date. It is switched off until setup is complete and you approve it.

10. Liability

Our total liability for a project is limited to the amount you have paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit.
