Privacy policy

What we collect

• Your name, business name, phone/WhatsApp number, optional email and town, your industry, the package and extras you selected, and anything you write in the message box.
• The price estimate shown to you at the time, the version of this policy you agreed to and when.
• Which link or campaign brought you here (utm tags, referring site, landing page), stored in your browser and sent with your enquiry.
• If you become a customer: your order, milestone payments (amount, date and bank reference — never card or online-banking credentials), your website content and approvals.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, confirm requirements, send a quotation and deliver and support your website.
• To keep accurate records of orders, payments and refunds.
• To understand which of our campaigns bring enquiries.

We do not sell your data and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking.

Who processes it

• Our own team at LeadUp Technologies, which operates from India. Your data is stored on servers we operate in the European Union (Hetzner, Germany/Finland).
• WhatsApp (Meta) when you message us there.
• If you accept analytics cookies: Microsoft Clarity and the Meta Pixel. Decline them and they are not loaded.
• If you buy an AI assistant plan: the AI model provider named in your agreement processes visitor questions to generate answers. We do not use AI on your enquiry without a member of staff involved.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not become orders: deleted or anonymised 18 months after the last contact.
• Orders, payments and refunds: kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require (generally up to 8 years).

Your rights

Under Sri Lanka's Personal Data Protection Act, No. 9 of 2022, you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent. Message us on WhatsApp +91 78680 02606 and we will reply within 21 days. Deleting data we must keep for legal records may not be possible; we will tell you if so.

Security

Data is sent over HTTPS, stored in a password-protected database and visible only to authorised staff. Never send passwords or bank login details by WhatsApp or the form.
